Each year, Career Development and Success at Rider University conducts a survey to learn more about the career choices and outcomes of our recent graduating class. We reached out to the Class of 2023 to learn about what they’ve been up to one year after graduation. More than 900 students were surveyed with an average response rate of 89%.
What are they doing now?

Nearly 9 out of 10 employed class of 2023 undergraduate survey respondents gained hands-on experience through internships, co-ops, student teaching placements and other Engaged Learning activities.
